The ice fountain’s therapeutic goal, like the frigidarium, is providing the maximum thermal contrast in the thermal spa cycles. It is very advisable for the general body stimulation, mainly for its vasoconstrictor effect that gives flexibility to the circulatory system. Unlike the frigidarium, its use is much more traditional since it consists in applying frosted ice on the surface of the body in whichever way you desire.
